In 2005, Bob founded Publicity Results to share his secrets of driving an avalanche of customers without spending a dime – through free exposure in newspapers, television and radio. Every month, thousands of Bob’s newsletter subscribers implement his techniques to build a great reputation within their communities and generate new business.
In 2008, a dear friend of Bob’s requested his help to “fix” his struggling computer repair business. After quickly learning the business – Bob created an instant cash surge, developed the means to tap and endless supply of “Grade-A” customers, and discovered a 7-step process for explosive growth in the industry. With the help of a new partner, Bob co-founded Computer Service Profits and began spreading this new found wealth with other business owners.
On occasion, Bob can be found at the “best auto repair shop in New York” – Professional Auto Care at 763 Linden Avenue. Having used direct-response marketing to develop a “cult-like following of raving fans”, Bob’s small team boasts the profitability of 3 repair shops of similar size combined. As if managing three companies with explosive growth wasn’t enough – Bob closed out 2009 by launching Infusion Coaching Group – specifically geared towards the “hardcore entrepreneur” seeking “double sales guaranteed”. In this capacity, Bob works hands-on with other business owners to completely automate their marketing efforts to achieve incredible results – on a consistent basis.
